Branded patient portals for Canadian clinics

Next.jsSupabaseAIDesign, build, backend · in production

The problem

Clinics wanted a premium patient portal under their own brand without building one from scratch, and patients needed something that felt trustworthy from the first screen.

What we did

Designed and built a multi-tenant portal on Next.js and Supabase: per-clinic branding, secure patient logins, and an AI assistant, all from one codebase.

From a Figma file to a public launch in six weeks

Next.jsStripeVercelFounding product team · 6 weeks

The problem

A funded founding team with a Figma prototype, a demo day date and no engineering hires yet.

What we did

Acted as the founding product team: scoped the MVP ruthlessly and handed over a codebase their first hires still build on.
