Who we are

Omega Studio is an independent web design and development studio. This policy covers omegastudio.dev and any project inquiry you send us. If you reach us another way, the same principles apply.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the project scope you select, and the message you write. We may also record the rough time of submission and your browser's user-agent string to help us reply and to spot abuse.

We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information through the site. Please do not send it.

How we use it

To read your brief, reply to you, prepare a quote, and run the project if we work together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who helps process it

Your submission is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in Canada (the ca-central-1 region). The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Email notifications and replies are handled by Brevo (sending) and ImprovMX (forwarding to our inbox). Each of these providers processes data only to deliver its service.

These providers may process limited data outside Canada in the course of routing email. We keep the set of providers small and review it periodically.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a single browser setting to remember your light or dark theme choice. It is stored on your device, not sent to us. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Any analytics we add will be privacy-respecting and aggregate only.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and similar rules, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email contact@omegastudio.dev and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
